Iceland votes Saturday on reopening the EU talks it abandoned in 2015

Icelanders vote on Saturday on whether to restart accession negotiations frozen in 2013 and abandoned two years later. Polling is inside the margin of error, and the country that would become the EU's richest new member has the least to gain economically from joining.
