Brussels pulls ChatGPT into the DSA — as a search engine
The Commission designated ChatGPT, Reddit and Roblox under the Digital Services Act on Monday. The legal box it had to put OpenAI's chatbot in — very large online search engine — says a lot about how little the rulebook anticipated it.
